Blue Tit

This blue tit was flying back and forth every few minutes feeding it’s young. I only had to stand outside for a few minutes to get plenty of shots. The bird has now finished rearing it’s young and since moved on.

I took this photo at 1/2500 sec on shutter priority. The fast speed was achievable by shooting wide open at f/5.6 and ISO 400. The morning was lovely and bright which also helped. Check out my flickr page (link in the margin) for more shots of this lovely bird.
