Yesterday I launched a major new redesign for richmondblueberries.com. The site was first launched in June 2005 to provide information for Richmond Blueberries pick-your-own farm in Richmond, New Hampshire. Just under three years later and with the growing popularity of customizable blogs and content management systems, the site was destined for a major redesign based on the popular WordPress blogging platform.
Similar to mayhew.it, Richmond Blueberries is hosted with Gator using Linux, Apache 1.3, MySQL 5.0, Php 5.2.5. I installed the latest version of WordPress (currently 2.5) to provide the platform for the site. WordPress is a popular blog publishing system used by millions of bloggers and site designers.The new site can be found at www.richmondblueberries.com.
