We went on a drive to North Conway today to do some outlet shopping. We also took a drive down the scenic Kancamagus Highway. The weather in the afternoon was snowy and the visibility poor so we will have to go back another day to see some of the scenic outlooks!

We drove past a street in Dover this evening to video their Christmas lights. I especially like the one that projects the shadow of the reindeer on the side of the house. Here is the clip:

This year we spent Christmas at Meghan’s parents. We drove out on Christmas Eve and returned back to Dover in the afternoon of Christmas Day. We woke up on Christmas Day to some fresh snowfall which made for some nice photo opportunities.

Winter is certainly on the way. This week we are due to get temperatures close to zero, that’s Fahrenheit not Celsius! This morning the morning ice and frost had left some interesting patterns on my car. Nature always paints the best pictures!

And finally, I have to include this picture of a porcupine from the weekend! We spotted him at the side of the road in Barrington, NH.
